REPORT ON FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

Faculty Development Programme was organized at MMCIAHS by the FDU, constituted as per Circular No. 29371/2023/S&C/KUHS, in accordance with the guidelines for conducting Faculty Development Programmes by Faculty Development Units of affiliated colleges. The programme was conducted over three consecutive days, from 06.04.2026 to 08.04.2026.

The sessions were conducted as per the original schedule issued by the Academic Staff College. A total of seven resource persons handled the sessions under the supervision of an observer approved by the Academic Staff College. Twenty-three participants registered for the programme. It was well appreciated by the observer and the participants. The FDP was a grant success.
